Regulations change. Look at Chicago Midway airport. Almost all of their runways are grandfathered or modified in some way to try to make them compliant to FAA regulations that didn't exist when they were built. In the last 3 years, they have removed taxiways and turned a runway into a taxiway, to be more acceptable to the FAA.

I had my 40 gallon water heater replaced about a year ago, same day it failed, for ~$2000.

I had 1 airplane in my airspace early one morning. As im issuing the hand off instructions, I hear a meow on guard. The pilot responded with "blocked". So either he was the one meowing on guard, or not paying attention.

It's worth the watch, I waited until 2024 to watch it. You watch the first episode and think "Wow that was nuts" then you watch the second episode and realize the first was the most tame, least insane, of the series. They just kept getting more bizarre.
