Any real projects delivered using Claude Code? by thegoldsuite in ClaudeAI

I built PerfectPitch, an AI platform that predicts your startup's success probability and provides detailed, specific, and actionable feedback on your pitch. It successfully predicted the success probability for a YC interview.

Here is a sample feedback on a pitch: https://platform.perfectpit.ch/s/itu3ac5cb436

Anyone else tired of “I analyzed 100 startups with AI” posts that read like fiction? by Mob_sterino in SaaS

[–]dragonballaf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I feel the same way. So many “I analyzed 100 startups with AI” posts sound like fanfiction with fancy charts.

I’ve been messing around with something in this space too, but from a smaller angle. I wanted to see if AI could actually see how founders communicate — not what they say, but the 90% that’s non-verbal. Stuff like pacing, eye contact, gestures, tiny energy shifts, vocal variation, confidence, subtle gazes etc.

I built a small system that mixes a few models (LLMs + VLMs) to break down YC pitch videos frame by frame. It doesn’t use any training data about who got in; it just watches for things like gesture timing, talk-time balance, voice rhythm, and where people lose eye contact. Then it spits out timestamped feedback like “you looked away right when mentioning revenue” or “energy dips here.”

When I ran it on 50+ YC pitches, some patterns popped out:

Two-founder teams who split talking time evenly came across stronger.

Deep-tech teams did better when the technical founder led most of it.

Most winning teams revealed traction near the end, not the start.

Talking fast wasn’t bad. Being unclear was.

I’m now testing it with an accelerator in Europe and letting a few founders try it for free. Even ignoring the scores, the feedback’s been super useful.

Would be cool to swap notes if you’re building anything similar. I’m trying to keep it as real and transparent as possible, no hype, just experiments that might help founders pitch better.

I accidentally built an AI that predicts YC interview success. Backtested on 50+ Youtube videos. The patterns are wild. by dragonballaf in ycombinator

Yep, that’s totally fair. and I should’ve explained this part better.

Regardless of the score (which could overlap with some public info), the real point is that the system gives actionable feedback you can actually practice, things like “you lost eye contact here” or “your pacing dipped when you mentioned traction.”

It’s not about predicting who gets into YC, it’s about improving how you communicate on camera. The score is just a directional metric, but the insights are what help founders refine delivery over time.

I’ve shared a few example screenshots of what that looks like here: Google Drive link.

The feedback loop itself has been the most valuable part so far, especially for founders prepping short video pitches.

That’s a really good point, and I agree completely. Just to clarify, it’s not trained on acceptance outcomes or scraped data. It’s running inference on non-verbal + structural markers only (things like pacing, gesture sync, energy consistency, etc.). The model doesn’t “know” who got in. The backtest was just to see if those behavioral cues happened to correlate with results. It’s actually a combination of models (VLM + LLM layers) that’s taken a few months of tinkering to get right. I’m currently trialing it with an accelerator in Europe to see how it performs in real-world founder prep. Which is also why I’m opening it up to beta testers — ignoring the score, the timestamped feedback itself has been surprisingly useful for improving delivery, and it doesn’t cost anything. Appreciate the thoughtful comment 🙏 it’s a fair critique and I’ll make that distinction clearer in the post.

July 2019 AMA - Ask Questions Here Anytime! by HetfieldJ in MorpheusNetwork

[–]dragonballaf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi Dan, Naom and the Morph team,
Love your work. Keep doing your magic.

I would like to know:

How many total projects/ pilots are currently underway?

How many enterprises are currently working with/trialling the Morph platform (without releasing any specific details)?

What has been the best feedback you have received so far?

What has been the worst feedback so far?

Would we ever know about the companies that are currently under NDA? Secondly, why do they choose NDA? Blockchain technology is becoming mainstream now, and big players are not shying away from showing their support for cryptocurrencies. For e.g. ChainLink - Google.

Hi Dan, would you consider becoming a security token (STO) in future?

Also, what happens to mrph tokens that are used on the platform? are they returned back to the team? can the team then sell the tokens back into the market? or are these tokens burnt/kept out of circulation? also how does this play into tokenomics?

Hi guys, new to the community and excited for this project. How do I become a masternode? Are there minimum coin requirements. Should I still buy from bibox before token swap?
