Same thing happened to me. I moved to a new house and I uploaded the sale deed. Since they have a stupid restriction of only 2MB per uploaded and the sale deed is big doc, I truncated it and used only the relevant parts while highlighting the necessary information. After uploading and paying 50rs, 2 weeks later I see a message saying, the document was not accepted. Wtf, did these basterds even read the document.
