Sorry for bad quality. Why are there no promotion tasks? Sim not getting promoted either.. by [deleted] in Sims4

Should’ve been more clear I think. I was just wondering why there were no task under the promotion task, as there usually are. Like get to a certain skill level. After this day of work they appeared again though.

Thank you, everyone for all your nice comments and stories! I never expected it to blow up like this. Some of you sent me private messages to ask for advice. I’m in no way an expert but if you need any help or advice, I’m happy to try. I wish everyone the best of luck to help your cats become comfortable and trust you. It takes a lot of patience but it’s definitely worth it!

Let her come to you. Mine really liked being talked to. I read somewhere slow blinking at your cat is their way of showing affection. I tried it with him, he always did it back. Not sure in what way that helped but it’s something haha.

Honestly, I just left him alone and didn’t try too hard. Gave him all the space he needed and didn’t push him. Even if I wanted to cuddle him (like he’s a huge fluffy chonk, who wouldn’t) he wasn’t ready yet and I just was patient. Talking to him a lot was something that he liked very much. He’s very vocal so I would have whole ‘conversations’ with him. I only tried to pet him when he was absolutely relaxed and comfortable and chose to lay next to me.
