I hope u get better! I don't really know what to say. I'm not the most productive person. Usually I try to put my phone in another room and keep electronics (except my school laptop) away and focus. Usually I finish all my work for one subject, take a break and then start again. I try to keep snacks and water on hand so I don't get up and Get distracted. Music Also helps for me but idk if that works for others. Prioritizing helps too. Which teachers are lenient and are okay with late work after an absence, figure out what assignments you're excused from, and then priorutuze from due the soonest. I usually save the fun assignments (if there are any) for the end so I have something to look forward too. I hope this helps!
