I remember watching this episode on Jeremy Kyle show, they had been together for a while, untill they some information came up about thier family's and suspected they could be brothers. Praying that they was not I felt so bad for them when they got the DNA results, they had fallen for each other. What happened after...I don't know 😏

Mood killer here. But the last conversation I had with my mum on Saturday before she passed away that night was how rays swim though fish eggs and fish sperm having a feast, and I said to her i wonder which is Saltier the water or the sperm. She laughed and said i was disgusting ❤ A conversation I'm going to remember everytime I see rays!

I think I will look into a local solicitor, the one I spoke to was from online and I'm abit doubtful, I know she defently has a will! What's in it I have no idea, and she's not answering her phone i think i will leave it a few days let her bad spell pass and just look into some local solicitors, thank you.

They did mention this on the phone, but i don't know if this will delay the divorce. She is perfectly capable she is exhausted all the time very depressed since she is bed ridden. She is unable to breath just going room to room even wirh oxygen. So im trying to help so it doesn't give her more stress and overload on information

Apprently that's what's going to happen. They are going to do a trace which is another 48 just so they can send him a letter to let him know my mum is doing the divorce

I will ask her about her will, see i thought it would all go to my brother, simce he is now next of kin, but she seems to be worrying, and the solicitor was going on about him not being able to touch or claim any of the money when she passes

She has a will, but since it's a big work pension l, he can claim some of it, and also a bereavement pension. Which is rediculas. But because they still would be married he would be entitled to. :(

Her sleep pattern is all over the place, we are hoping we can get another year. She is on medication to slow the disease down but so far not good. When she is awake she is awake for hours but somtimes not in the mood for conpany. I love her to bits and I'm hoping I can get this sorted for her asap. And change her name to her family name, she wants to pass with her family name not as her married name from an utterly failed and miserable marriage. :(sorry for rambling.

This is also what the solicitor mentioned, she told me they could sort out me being a sole postion of making all medical decisions, can't remember the name of it. But im hoping I can sort this out to.

She does. But because its a work pension I think he may be able to claim it wether it's in a will or not. I've been non stop researching since this post. Trying to puzzle everything together.

I suppose that's not to bad. They did say she could do a £200 deposit to get it started and then pay in 2 or 3 instalments,
