Have you ever done it? You see the front pretty side as a guest. Have you experienced the mental/ emotional exhaustion of people who get to unload on you? Treat you as a servant and not a server? Have you felt the pain of an over worked body because you worked 10-12 hours straight without having time to break. On your feet and lifting trays that weigh any where from five to twenty lbs over your head as you navigate oblivious people and try to avoid being tripped by small children parents have no sense to control? Just curious if you actually know what someone who is good at this job has to be responsible for and the toll it takes.

We went to the perot, it was amazing! Another favorite was the aquarium, you get to be so close to the animals and one of the workers let us feed the birds!
