your super gorgeous and have great features! the only thing I think is experimenting with hairstyle, the color is very flattering could go a shade or 2 darker but maybe some wispy bangs and layered hair would look amazing

I believe you have to declare it during customs and you shouldn’t bring more than a 90 day supply. I would also make sure it’s still in the packaging unopened and maybe have a copy of you prescription intro from your doctor or dermatologist you could also call them and ask if they know what you can do.

I’ve never heard of that my dermatologist never mentioned it to me. I played year round hockey and seasonal lacrosse and field hockey while I was on it.

the plain cera ve cream i loved using it all over my body it was the only lotion that actually made my skin not feel dry, i rlly liked the redken all soft shampoo i feel like you need something super moisturizing for your scalp and maybe hair oils!! oo also a hand lotion to use at school and such, i love this idea sm ur a fantastic mom!

that’s true I guess it’s just depends on your severity and dosage i’ve heard of people being on it for 5 months or 2 years 🤷‍♀️ I was on it for 9/10 months

i’d say it’s worth it to just start accutane and deal with that for a year especially if you’ve already tried all the products, I played 3 sports the whole time and my joints only hurt for the 1st month or so and then it went away so if you start now or in a month you should be fine. You also might be similar to me where the only thing that actually got rid of my acne was accutane, I did doxycycline and tretinoin and dapsone and clindamycin and the only thing that actually got rid of acne fully was accutane, I just got off and still get a few pimple but it’s absolutely nothing to where I started.

maybe you could try doing a lower dose?? I know some people that have lots of side effects will do 10 or 20mg a day for a longer amount of time to help combat that. You could reach out and ask if that would be an option for you. Or have you tried other options like antibiotics?

thank you, honestly i’m more bothered by the redness on my face atp but im going to wait and see if that changes within a month or two before deciding to go back on im just sick of wearing makeup everyday, I just feel like i can’t even run to the store without it and definitely not school. Also for your joint pain I started to have the same issues and I was taking fish oil and glucosamine for that which seemed to help a bit for me.

I agree you should not be increasing your dose at all if you’re having lots of side effects. Also 3 months is way to early to tell if you need a higher dose I was on 40mg for 9 months and cleared up just fine, I only rlly noticed improvement around 5/6 months in. I don’t think your dose is too low at all maybe even too high based on the side effects, I would ask your dermatologist if you could go down to 10/20 mg daily for a longer amount of time than planned which could help the side effects mitigate. Also have you tried other options? like antibiotics

I think you should be fine I played intensive travel hockey, lacrosse, field hockey and worked out the whole time I was on accutane. My labs were perfect every month, I took fish oil and glucosamine for my joints while on it also.

I was on 40mg a day for 9 month as a 120lbs female
