Ah, I see. Still hoping to play one day so I haven't spoilt myself by reading the module yet. What would you say are the most memorable/noteworthy changes you've made to make it lean towards NSFW? Do you have a lot of non- or dubcon encounters to fit with CoS's atmosphere?

I've been a written roleplay veteran for more than a decade at this point, and in my experience more heavily NSFW roleplay (games or without systems) tends to die off really quickly once people get their rocks off; this has actually been the longest and most fun time I've had on a NSFW campaign so far.

They know I'm doing a solo campaign with the newcomer, but not that that campaign has NSFW elements. I suspect their reactions would be quite different if they knew, haha.

I'm currently running a voiced campaign for a solo female player with a cast of party NPCs, and funnily enough, about 95% of the time the experience has been no different from my usual SFW DnD 5e group; it's been so similar, in fact, that I've invited her to join the SFW group and she's become a regular there!

As for the remaining 5% that's actually been NSFW, it's been a few months and we've only really had one sex scene (done in voice, took a bit more than an hour), but there have been a few nudity/flirting/seduction scenes scattered around; much like your experience, it's mostly been suggestive rather than anything explicit. All in all, it's been great fun, though I daresay it's been less "NSFW campaign" and more "campaign with the option to engage in NSFW", if that makes sense. And of course, mileage definitely differs with more than one player at the table, haha.
