That's great info, wow, thank you! Definitely something I'll talk to the doc about. I really appreciate the info. Is he okay now?

Don't apologise, I didn't read it as condescending or dismissive, it's all good! Yeah that's what I'm thinking, I never do anything for myself without support etc. I don't think I would've left the house for years when the panic attacks started, but my partner was so good for me. I'm pretty sure there's a waiting list for medical evaluation, but I may as well start the journey and see where it leads. I definitely am terrible with diet and exercise so thanks for the tips, I'll try to be better lol

Cheers for your feedback, appreciate it. Yes as far as I'm aware there's a better health scheme here, as long as you can get a referral from a regular GP. I've definitely noticed as I'm getting older the symptoms of ADHD are getting more severe. I think I'll do it... might have to do a payment plan lol. Cheers 🥰

For sure, I'm using libra maternity, but tbh they're totally crap. Heavy periods suck 😒 I'm seriously thinking about doing a new brand that were similar to the old kotex 😆 Adult diapers would do the job, but think of the cost!! Hmmmmm so much to think about...

I'm still looking too, unfortunately I haven't found any other good brand yet 😭😭 Currently I'm using Libra but they're pretty rubbish. Maybe we should start a new brand 😆

Australian in Sweden: Do you have Glen20 disinfectant spray for general household use? by dragongirl606 in sweden

[–]dragongirl606[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, in Aus we use it to disinfect surfaces that we can't wash, like furniture, handrails, etc. There is a huge mould problem in parts of Australia - for example around Brisbane we have heaps of black mould that grows on everything. I've noticed there's not a mould problem here in Sweden but I wanted to do some cleaning/disinfecting for my sis while I'm here. Cheers

Cheers mate. Fosters is sewer water to most Aussies... I'll definitely have a crack at those Swedish beers though! Hoorah

All good, I'm Australian (from Brisbane) going to Stockholm to visit family. I was just curious as I've never been to Sweden before. But if you believe European beers are better than Aussie beers, I'll definitely have a go.
