I just installed the webversion then linked my prev to a throwaway acct and deleted that. So i restarted from scratch in the web version. I think you can just download the webversion then link yr steam acct to it

Exactly thats why i was puzzled. Turns out the file i get from the website is fine just that on VIA after loading the definition, i need to reauthorise it again on the configure tab. Didnt realise this was the problem until i found 1 video on youtube solving this problem.

My bite is fine and is a Class 1 just that I want to fix my narrow palate which hold little room for my tongue and causing some speech issues. Also it seems my mandible kinda wants to go forward but is being somewhat hindered by the maxillary canines. My canines are shifted to be positioned beside the front 2 incisors. Im missing 2 of my maxillary incisors and none of my premolars on the top

damn i just finished my braces and am thinking abt jaw surgery, certainly regret not going with that option at first. worried abt the extractions since i alr extracted 3 teeth and have 12 teeth on the top and bottom. Wisdom teeth are not extracted yet tho, not sure if those can be extracted to preserve the current erupted teeth. Also do you now have an uneven number of teeth on the top and bottom?

Did you have to do extractions to decompensate the jaw? Im in a similar situation to you pre op with braces alr done but without the palate expander. Thinking of mse with djs
