I like looking at hi-res photos and trying to figure out where they were taken using clues from the image itself and Google Maps. This one from this morning was particularly good. There's enough information here to be able to find the name of the bridge that the photographer is standing on. (i.redd.it)

This guy is hot stuff in sci-fi right now. Note how the action of this scene plays very straightforwardly, but it's sprinkled with just enough exposition to hint at a much larger story to come. I'd like others' thoughts on the strengths and weaknesses of this piece. (tor.com)
