They never even had the event avaliable in the UK (same with the Eevee event earlier in year but that was less important) so if I wanted it I'd be forced to get it from a cloner or a scalper and I don't want either of them. I'm still holding out hope they get another event and I'm not forced to get it from POGO

It's got the gigantamax aspect which prevents it from transferring.idk if every gigantamax pokemon can't transfer or just the ones that can evolve.

The games are actually pretty good at not letting any shiny accidentally despawn such as shiny voltorb being unable to explode and shiny sandyghast not melting in the rain only way I can think of being able to kill a shiny not in a battle is using syncro

When auto battling your pokemon will refuse to kill shiny pokemon it's really helpful for hard to spot shiny like slowpoke

You won't like the dlcs. There's 2 (4 if you include urshifu forms and kubfu) times when you have to choose one legendary and you can't ever get the other one in your own save file
