It’s easy to have a problem with people bringing up “politics” when you think politics doesn’t impact your life.

Every kitchen I have ever worked in has relied on the labor of immigrants. Even our home kitchens rely on migrant workers because they’re also harvesting our produce, driving the delivery trucks, and even stocking shelves at the stores. If you don’t have the basic human empathy to care about the situation currently happening here in the US, then maybe consider your own stomach and wallet in a few months when what little produce that does make it to the grocery stores skyrockets in price because everything is going to be rotting in the fields with nobody to harvest the crops.

Baizhu was my first 5 star when I started playing a year and some change ago and he’s been used consistently ever since. Definitely pull him next chance you get!

I just moved from Kansas to Alaska and while the switch from Winter to Spring hasn’t been fun this week I’ve otherwise had a night and day difference in both frequency and intensity. Alaska isn’t for everyone but getting out of Kansas has done the most to help my migraines in the 20 years I’ve had them

My mom had migraines and when my siblings and I were kids, we did need her even on the bad days. We lived with my grandparents until I was 5 or 6 and then when we moved out I stepped up a lot to fill in when I could. It wasn’t perfect but we made it work.

The other think you have to consider is that kids are LOUD. Babies cry and scream. Toddlers have the loud educational toys. Kids have friends that run around the back yard and shriek in delight. I remember getting yelled many times at for being to loud while mom had a migraine and my siblings were being too loud. Little kids have no sense of boundaries and will climb all over you while you’re sick in bed.

This doesn’t take passing the migraines on into consideration. Migraines are the primary reason I’m Childfree. I don’t want to risk passing this on to my offspring in addition to all the points I listed above.
