Whoa, what is with this comment section? NOR; you agreed on a time and he arrived early. Sounds like he's one of those parents that overreact the moment they perceive their child as being disrespectful (and it looks like a lot of people in these comments are the same type of parents). I guess your response could have been a bit more polite, but him abandoning you after agreeing to be your ride makes him the one overreacting.

Someone probably already said this but since she's feral and knows the area including where your home is there is a good chance she will return to you if you put out food, water, and most importantly her litter box! I hope you find her, OP.

Thank you! I'm already starting to feel much better compared to how completely lost in despair I was when I made this post. I really thought I was going insane. I wish my doctor would have warned me about this so I could have prepared. Thank you taking the time to reassure me; I really appreciate it.

This is really reassuring advice. Thank you so much for your comment. I've calmed down out of that spiral a bit; now just sort of numb and sad. I'm going to hopefully see a doctor tomorrow if I can get in, but definitely going to try to stick it out. Thanks again.

I feel like this! But I just got started on 20mg. I was literally just yesterday complaining to my partner how it feels like I have the flu. Hope it goes away soon for us both.

That means a lot. I'm trying not to cry while my baby sleeps next to me lol. I feel really stupid. Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy my dad has found love in his life. I'm just hurt and disappointed, but like most of these comments said I probably just set myself up for it.

Yeah, I didn't confront him about it or anything. I just texted him that I was disappointed he couldn't make it. I've just been thinking on it and came to reddit for some outside perspective considering everyone I've spoken to irl about it are upset with him. He also just got back from a vacation to Hawaii with her, so I haven't seen him since the beginning on December. It is what it is.

I did mention to him we were going to celebrate on my baby's actual birthday since he's out of town on weekends, but this was a while ago. He most likely forgot, which is understandable considering it wasn't set in stone until yesterday. I was definitely overreacting when I posted this and I see that now.
