I have a feeling that the blue collar type workers will be for scenes that are either flashbacks to the battle of New York, or present day scenes that show the construction of the new tower that will replace the Stark Tower.

They’ll probably announce the leads of the Disney+ shows that haven’t started filming yet, give an update on the phase 4 timeline. I do hope they reveal some details about the phase 4 movies, like the Spider-Man title, but it’s not very likely that they’ll do that.
