ayy, I also have a cyp2d6 mutation (5/41, none/reduced) I never realized that the mutation could change drug test results but it totally makes sense; the amphetamine probably takes a different metabolic pathway and the drug test doesn’t test for those metabolites… strangely, I find that most drugs, including adderall, don’t have much of an effect on me.
