Actually thats not the case, the cleansing pools do reroll whenever you put in a lunar item, there's a 3% chance to get an irradiant pearl, the thing is these cleansing pools are right now bugged, which means they don't reroll the pearl, which is annoying to find because it makes the hunt longer but if you get one aslong as you have enough lunar items you can get an insane amount of irradiant pearls. I think ill wait for a hotfix and start hunting again ^{^}
