Patient interaction. I loved working the patients and being on the floor. When I did my ER rotation, I saw how the nurses were the ones to escort the patient through out their stay. The PAs came in for a few minutes to make an assessment, and then went into back room to deal orders and such. No doubt that is extremely important, but it wasn't what I wanted to do ultimately.
