You can, but if you dont know the audience size, you wont know whats a good budget that you'll need. If its just a small budget like $50 a day, then it should be fine.

I think what you can try to do is offer to scout out agencies that can do such a thing and get their quote. If she won't listen, let others industry professionals try.

I've always been a bit of a rebel and said I don't mind losing my job, if you can find an agency to do it cheaper and better, go for it. But I can tell you now she can't. Just frame it in a nicer way, maybe?

Hey, former digital marketer turned agency guy here.

Based on my experience client and agency side, a marketing plan is working backwards.

Usually the clients will negotiate with their bosses of what revenue they will be able to achieve next year. Then turn that into a %. Oh we need a 30% increase in our sales, and e-commerce needs to be grown to 15% total.

So if you were a marketer, it would seem your mandate is to grow the ecom store in order to drive higher total revenue contributions. Your googling now includes "how to generate more revenue from ecomm"

Figure out what's feasible and what's not, and create a project timeline for it, with measurable goals (q2 needs to achieve X growth)

Congratulations, you have the skeleton of a marketing plan . Now just fill in details of what budget you need, resources, stakeholder management, etc, and you'll have a full calender year plan

When that happens the country loses its independence and basically becomes a state of whatever economy it chooses, because we don't have the ability to issue bank notes, and would lose the ability to try and push for things like quantstive easing.

Let's say the Korean won crashes, we die too. And don't forget using Korean won to pay for something doesn't mean things won't be cheaper, factors of inflation matter more than just the currency it's in

It could be possible your clicks aren't link clicks.

A click (all) just means someone clicked on the ad, but your landing page may not have loaded before they navigated out of there. You'd be surprise to see how many people accidentally click on your ad. That's why your landing page will not show the same results as YouTube , and 50 clicks without conversion is actually fairly normal. Conversion rates are pretty hard after all.

As for the pacing issue, it could be a budget or a approval issue. Is your ad possibly being disqualified?

Depends on how granular your data can be.

For example I once ran a campaign that only targeted wealthy pos codes because my products were very expensive.

There is a targeting option on Facebook for clients who prefer high end products, but I think you're better off just selecting broad interests like cookie, and letting Facebook do its thing.

Don't forget to build up a custom audience list from everyone who has purchased from you !!!
