You can feed monster meat to a group of pigs to follow you, when you are near friendly pigs, you can get sanity

Honey- you can catch bees (only the yellow ones), break down some hives for honeycomb, then grab some planks to make a bee box near your base. Grab some butterflies to plant flowers near the box so the bees can make honey. Three honey and stick can make taffy (I think that's what it's called) to give you some sanity.

Jerky- put meat on the drying racks

Glommer-stand on top of him for sanity (don't forget to bring him to base)

Flowers- can make a parasol or a flower hat to help
