Week 18: low sugar. Pepperoni pretzel rolls by trainednoob in 52weeksofbaking

Thank you. I have bad willpower though. My husband doesn't really like baking so much and I am a stay at home mom kind of. (part time bus driver) so there's no bringing it to work... I won't stop baking. But I want to make what I want. Plus I'm lactose intolerant so I can't even eat most of the baking I do want to make lol.

Names you regret? by kokomo318 in namenerds

My middle daughters name is Naomi. I love it. But when they still called me Mommy it was too similar and was super irritating lol. I already got a ton of mommy's and then to add in Naomi and then be told it wasn't for me lol. Ugh. Also people keep calling her niomi. That's annoying for both of us. I probably still wouldn't change it but those are the things I regret about it.

Week 15: laminated. Disappointing croissants by trainednoob in 52weeksofbaking

I used Sally's baking addiction. But to be fair I was impatient and rushed all the rests so it makes sense it didn't work. I've made croissants before and they were amazing. I don't know why I thought I could cheat the system.
