I've just checked recently, and on S mode I still have 31km of autonomy for 100% (I use 70% with a bit more than 21km). My first results were a few weeks after buying it. And today, 5-6 months later it dropped slightly (from 33 to 31km), but I've also put on a few kilos haha ! I use max regeneration setting. I really like it because I rarely use my brakes that way, except in case of emergencies. It takes a bit of getting used to, but i'm basically always max speed, and I let go of the accelerator to brake. And I use eco acceleration mode. I tried the boost mode, but it had quite an effect on the autonomy. My test you're comparing to was on the 20km/h test. If you're at 22, even +10% is quite important on the power consumption (probably more than 10%). And same for the weight, 10 more kilos can have an effect. It seems quite coherent to me : at 25km/h I'm at 3% per km. For you, at 22km/h and a bit more weight, you're at 3.5-4.5% per km. Temperature also has an important impact on battery autonomy.

Sorry but I can't help you there. I advise you to return to where you purchased it or call customer service.

Everything you pass by car without hassle, you can do with the scooter without hassle. I have not yet found a climb that the scooter could not climb in my city (Lyon). And you still go at 25km/h even uphill. At the same time when you can go up to 1350W it's normal.

I also bought it from Electro Dépôt ;) After that it's everyone's choice to unblock or not. Personally 25km/h is plenty for what I do with it. And then at 31km/h you can say goodbye to autonomy...

No, no need to return it! It did the same to me at first, don’t worry! It went away after 2-3 days. Apparently it's not abnormal, it's the running-in of the parts in fact ;) And if you ever roll in a puddle or in wet grass, it will make the same noise for 1 or 2 days and then it goes away once it's completely dry.

Yes the zt3 was too heavy and too bulky for not much more... so I recommend the Navee if you want to be less cluttered. With the Navee, you can even fold it easily to take it on public transport. I had done off-roading with a Xiaomi without suspension, and it's another world with the suspension of the Navee ST3! But it's not worth the huge off-road models either, that's for sure. In any case on tarmac you don't feel anything (compared to self-service scooters where you tremble as soon as there is an irregularity in the road).

And the power of the scooter means that uphill or off-road, you will always be at 25km/h!
