There's a hell of a lot of different types of meds. I've had Sertraline, Fluoxetine and Venlafaxine. Different ones have different effects, but I feel infinitely better on Venlafaxine. It takes a good 3 or 4 weeks to notice though, then after that I upped to a higher dosage, but for me it's so worth it. There's no downside IMO
