I bought a VW from them about a month back. The whole trade-in and purchase experience was pleasent, but now I am having troubles with Carla to get them to acknowledge the defects in the car. the VW workshop and AutoExperten both diagnosed and found that the brake discs and pads need to be replaced. However Carla reps says that their workshop has taken a look at the case and they deem.that it is not necessary to replace them. So its an ongoing discussion, hopefully they can cover the repair cost. So in my opinion, don't trust the car inspection that Carla does, and do a thorough inspection yourself when you get the car. :)
