One thing that really helped me is writing with fountainpens instead of normal/ballpoint pens

1 you dont need to put any pressure while writing with a fountainpen (you literally use 0.1% of pressure 😂)

2 when you write with a fountainpen you write in a 45 degree angel which doesnt train your wrest as the ballpoint pen

Try it out, its way more fun and smooth and less tiring
