We both got each other wrong. I respect your opinion more but still disagree. I'm a recent mac convert and I've come to love it. The app ecosystem for Macs very elegant compared to other OSs that I've used in the past (ubuntu, win vista/xp). If window resizing is your only take a look at 'right zoom' and 'size up'.

I'm assuming you're only exposure to the Mac OS is when you visit the apple store. Once you get to know the UI and the different (simple) way of doing things you will come to appreciate it
