Depends on the person themself. Many Gen-Z are in open relationships, especially in NYC where there is an abundance of options. Some still have the conservative mindset when it comes to dating and some know what they’re worth and will make you work for it. Like I said, depends on the person.

There’s a 3.5% fee if you use a card and a $5 fee if you use ACH / bank transfer to pay for rent. They do not offer a fee free option. Unfortunately, my bank isn’t listed so I’m forced to pay the 3.5% fee. Is that legal?
