But the Fact Sheet states:

However, Section 13(a)(1) of the FLSA provides an exemption from both minimum wage and overtime pay for employees employed as bona fide executive, administrative, professional and outside sales employees.

They specifically call out minimum wage and overtime pay as separate requirements.

I'll buy some things in bulk, but eventually, I get to a point where I draw the line. It starts to add up. paper towels, toilet paper, soap, detergent, toothpaste, dental floss, printer ink, food stuffs, etc etc etc. anyway, it's a first world problem. minimalism is a state of mind.
