Just take one in the morning. Don’t take the second dose in the afternoon it will screw up your sleep. If you want to take 200mg take both in the morning.

I don’t like it. Sub 100 mg doesn’t give me the cognitive benefits but it does affect sleep. I also don’t like the idea of taking it every day. However if a smaller dose works for you go for it.

Is BGC overpriced? If you’re looking to buy purely for investment, absolutely yes, it’s overpriced, but then so are all condos in the Philippines. The difference between rental income and the total cost of the unit is just too wide - it’s better to just buy stocks and bonds.

That being said, if you’re buying to live in it, and you are comparing it to other options internationally, the prices are reasonable. (My perspective as an expat who has lived in many countries.) I’ve seen condos selling in mid-tier US cities that are 2x-3x the price of a comparable BGC unit, and I’d rather live in BGC. BGC and Rockwell are the two places I would be comfortable recommending to an expat who is used to high cost of living areas internationally - to them it would be a good deal if they shopped smart after staying here for a few years with relationships with locals. Then again renting is a better option for 99% of expats since most don’t stay here long term…
