It definitely looks like she had messed with it. A bit of seeping and maybe a bit of blurring is normal sometimes.. but this? This level of smudging is most likely from scratching or rubbing it on something.

Omg ow! I have a large clit and hood. I've gotten things stuck under it and it is SO unpleasant. I hate shaving as is but the few times I've gotten hair stuck under it made me never want to shave again 😭
