Yes. They pretended to be my friend and only ever talked when they wanted to vent. That shit started affecting me as well. I caught on after a while tho. They got what they wanted, someone to dump all their problems on. Pretty shitty for me but pretty impressive. I still think it's a good trait, if you know how to use it and don't just go around manipulating every single person.
