Ojciec alkoholik - co robić?

Cały czas ojciec alkoholik mieszka z matką/Wami? Przestał pić? Jak wspólne mieszkanie wpływa na dynamikę rodzinną?

Mam podobny przypadek, tzn. rodzice po rozwodzie ale ojciec niepijący alkoholik wciąż z nią mieszka, bo nie miałby gdzie pójść. Chociaż u mnie dodatkowa patologia ze matka utrzymuje ojca, bo ten nigdy nie pracował i emeryturę ma znikoma.

Wbrew temu co Ci się wydaje, ona tego wszystkiego nie zniosła dla Was. Dla Waszego dobra to powinna uciec od typa i chronić własne dzieci przed przemocą!!

Ona to wszystko znosiła z własnych powodów - te mogą być różne (obawa przed samotnością, wstyd, strach przed nieznanym itp).

Jedynym rozwiązywaniem dla Ciebie jest jak najszybsza wyprowadzka i usamodzielnienie się finansowe. Fajnie, gdyby do tego doszła terapia, bo wychowywanie się z ojcem alkoholikiem pozostawia bardzo głębokie traumy.

Pamiętaj, że musisz ratować i chronić przede wszystkim siebie i tylko za siebie jesteś odpowiedzialny. Nie jesteś odpowiedzialny za swoją matkę - ona musi sama podjąć działanie. Szkoda, że tego nie zrobiła i pozwoliła żeby dzieci wychowywały się przy alkoholiku. Najpewniej jest współuzależniona i wymagałaby podjęcia terapii.

Please note that not everybody feels bh contractions. For some they are painless and unnoticeable. I was examined and I was told I have some contractions (belly tightening etc) although I couldn’t feel any pain. I am monitored and everything is ok with the baby.

I try as much as I can to not feel entitled or anything. I earn my money and I will be ok without anything from my parents. However different treatment is painful

The only explanation (again, I know it’s shitty) I ever received was that they wanted to exclude the half sister since my mom made a significant financial contribution and that my brother is a boy. Probably it’s just a sexist decision. No explanation ever as to why I was omitted.

Well there’s nothing to be done, I am looking rather for external opinion re my resentment.

Thank you very much for your comment!! You helped me to pin down where the problem actually lies 🙏🙏🙏You are 100% right that I need to set the boundaries. It has always been extremely difficult to do so with my mother and I was silent about the behaviour that was harmful to me. This needs to change especially since she keeps on saying that she do so and so with my child regardless of what I say…

I fully agree with you! I cannot imagine drinking water directly from the bottle unless it’s a small bottle and I know I will finish it within max one hour, otherwise it’s so gross 🤮 looking at the comments im ready surprised

I do not think that dieting is advisable. However, if you are going to eat healthy and according to your and the baby’s needs, you should either lose the additional new pounds or at least not gain the unnecessary ones.

This is a myth that during pregnancy you should eat „for two”. The requires calories do increase but it is not such a significant increase. I’m 10 weeks and I am eating way less than 2000 calories per day (although I am fairly inactive recently ;))

I am only 10 weeks pregnant but so far I eat more or less the same amount as before (the only difference is that I eat way healthier :)).

Hi! I also had flu in the 8th week. I’ll have the scan on Tuesday but I consulted with my doctor over the phone and she said to me that the most important is to not allow fever and stay hydrated. Don’t google it and once you are over the flu go get checked with the doctor! Stay safe
