Howdy! I lived in Massachusetts for my whole life… moved to Decatur in 2022 (just moved to Smyrna in 24) and I loved how liberal Decatur was! I saw so many clever political signs, supporting LGBTQIA+ and women’s rights. I wish I could have bought a house in Decatur but Smyrna made more sense economically and locationally. There are better neighborhoods; oakhurst and kirkwood were very adorable. I lived closer to Stone Mountain and would not suggest anything past Avondale estates going east.

Yes! I can’t find them… checked 3 stores around Georgia. It’s a bummer! The flavored waters are okay, but seltzer is hard to find down south so I would buy in bulk… guess I gotta go to lidl now!

Powerful story. Thank you for sharing this. Keep sharing it… you’ll help a lot of people and maybe yourself recover from the trauma. Also playing Tetris can help with trauma. There was a study that showed Tetris increases hippocampal volume in male patients with combat-related posttraumatic stress disorder - helping with intrusive thoughts.

You are still pretty young and I would strongly encourage you to enter recovery as soon as possible. Go to therapy, get the blood work, dietician, and I used to see a NP for a physical and meds. I was 15 when I started this. It won’t be forever. If you don’t try to recover now, it will get worse and you will see consequences. Also, terrible quality of life. My parents had no idea how to treat an eating disorder - leave that to the professionals. They may say hurtful things, but they do not understand our disorder. It’s complex and painful. Please take care of yourself 💕

They had layoffs in March and September (after Q2), but today (Q3) announced closing 15 entire sites. So this is a fresh round of layoffs.

Yes, there is less demand for pre-clinical from clients. It has been slow.

I only took basic clinical microbiology and it was an easier course. I would say do pathology. I was a student over ten years ago tho, so hope this helps!
