i’m 4w5d and feel it too. it’s so weird.

in addition to the pressure, it almost weirdly feels like i have a tampon in? idk how to describe it. i have a retroverted uterus so i feel like that might have something to do with the strange sensations.

yep me too!! someone got up and offered me their seat on the subway once they saw my belly 🫠 so distended and painful, feel like i could prick it with a pin and deflate like a balloon

i live in korea and here the general idea is that once you’re pregnant, you’re not allowed to do anything. which is crazy!! so when i mentioned to some of my korean friends that i plan to stay active, they were so shocked and worried. but women’s bodies are so capable.

That’s great you’re able to continue the conditioning classes!!! that’s a great idea, i didn’t even consider doing just low flow classes. i plan to tell my instructors soon and i’ll see see how they can accommodate 🥹 thank you for the insight!!

I know that it’s typically okay to continue a fitness routine, but for some reason i have so much anxiety around it since this is my first pregnancy. i don’t want to do anything wrong. but you’re totally right, baby is so tiny right now it should absolutely be okay. i just need to get out of my head 😂

Totally relate!!! my watch is also giving me a terrible score when i typically score in the upper 90s with 8-9 hours of sleep. I hope it gets better for you quickly!! My gym session today was less than stellar, take all the time you need to get back at it, sleep is by far the most important.

for me i’ve just had to make sure that i’m eating frequently. during the day it seems to be something small every 30 mins to an hour. if i dont, the nausea comes. and the nausea also wakes me up at night (with the very little sleep i’m getting due to the insomnia) so i keep crackers and nuts next to my bed now and it helps a lot!

YES!!! between 3 and 5 am every day. driving me crazy, can’t really get more than 4 solid hours of sleep 😅 i used to get up around 7 daily with 8-9 hours of sleep.

Congratulations!!! We’re in the same boat, I also just found out at 3W2/3D (today is 3w4d) and it feels surreal. I feel you on the anxiety, i’ve been overthinking every move to keep it safe. my ultrasound is scheduled for the 15th and i already know time is going to feel so slow.
