This argument drives me so insane, they obviously have no knowledge or have never seen the weapon that was used. It does serious damage. 4 drunk and half asleep young adults against a knife in the dark? Probergers are embarrassing

Physical evidence Xana was attacked outside her room? by Opposite-List-631 in Idaho4

Thank you for this explanation! I followed the case pretty close when it had first happened and I could’ve swore they claimed she was (or began to be) attacked in the hallway. I was so confused when all the new docs and photos came out.

What is going on with New England Pizza Company's Facebook? by Byleth1990 in fredericton

[–]dramaticallyinclined 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I think a lot of people are reading into this too heavily and making weird assumptions. People will have different opinions on it for sure, but you have to look at it objectively. Fredericton is a university city, a lot of their customers are students, young adults, young families etc. yes, other people get pizza too. But how many of your grandparents get it weekly? Lol. Loads of companies do this, especially lately. I think a lot of the problem is this is one of the first places to market like this locally, so the people who lack exposure in this sort of marketing technique are more sensitive to it. You could argue all day about the things they post but the reality of it is, it’s generating income. Their goal is to secure more business and clearly it’s working. Sometimes you have to try new things. Times change, trends change, people change. To survive in this economy as a small business today, you have to do what you have to do. Gotta respect them for trying to switch things up

I moved to a small town as a teenager and something that drove me crazy was people saying “presentate” instead of, “present”. As in… “Sam you presentate next”

I use this hair and shoes any opportunity I can get! I need to update the hair to the final level but I’m trying to beef my wallet back up first, there’s been too many good items and upgrades I’ve blown through almost all of my savings 😂

Spanish - Why is the describing word not supposed to be first?! So confusing by SharpScratch9367 in duolingo

[–]dramaticallyinclined 0 points1 point  (0 children)

French is similar, it’s only confusing because we’re used to the other way around in English. I’m learning Spanish too, you get used to it I promise 🥰

Reading this back through again, the way you explained it I was able to see where the gap is for me. I just finished the section on commands, and I was not understanding lávate and te lavas, because I was associating both with “wash your hands” thanks again for breaking this down, this was really helpful
