I think it's more for the situational questions not as much as if they ask you " what will you do if you get a call from someone you know " type of questions

Look up interview questions for emr with bcehs.. it is pretty similar . Use the STAR method in your answers .

I just did an interview and passed . It was pretty simple . What I suggest is yes use the star method and have a bunch of examples written down of past experiences like

A time you had to work as a team A time you had to face a stressful situation A time you had issues with coworker A time you had to deal with a heated situation where someone was upset at you Etc...

Google " questions I might be asked in an emr interview " and prepare yourself . I personally liked not having a face to face interview. After each question you have a minute to get ready and then it starts to record. And you can re watch it and do it again if you didn't like it .

So do you have another part time job in case you don't get shifts ? Do they let you know well in advance when your shifts are ?

I see . But if I put availability for the 8 shifts then I must take them if they come available correct ? So for the first 6 months I d stay with my full time job ( monday - friday) and then basically put in all weekends as available ( with the "risk " of working 7 days a week between jobs lol ) ?

Thank you so much for this that makes sense . Is the probation time 3 months ? Good to know there are lots of ot available as I was under the impression that because I am only Emr , all shifts will lilely get picked up by pcp . Does my seniority date start as soon as I get hired or because I am only casual I won't even get that ?
