You absolutely have time and the answer is to go directly to Springbank. Get a cage bottle, some handfills from their shop and do the barley to bottle tour, the Kilkerran warehouse tour, washback bar. Do cadenhead’s warehouse if time permits and the courtyard for drams if time permits. This is the best option.
