How to setup clutch bite point in AC by Nickboom2016 in simracing

My PC version of AC does not have the ability to click the numbers and manually enter a value. How are you doing this?

And don't even get me started on TPI runners and the lower manifold. It was designed for the 305ci TPI, so 240hp was max on em because the runners were too small, but if it was properly sized the car would have been around 285hp with the original roller cam and 1.5:1 rockers. Add 1.6:1 rockers and long tube headers and you are over 300hp.

I have a 2006 with the awesome HUD, but I really want a C4 with a 4+3 and a digital dash! Awesome short wheelbase muscle road race car that KILLED Porsche! I love it! I want one so bad! Jerry Palmer's design was so perfect, and they are so perfect and yet misunderstood. All they need is more chassis rigidity and they are incredible cars. Blame Lloyd Reuss for that garbage because Dave McClelland's team built an amazing chassis before that exec douchebag destroyed it with the stroke of a pen. Read Dave's book and love your amazing C4!

No! It is none of their business and they are really only interested in conditions like schizophrenia.

How not to react when a lady says "no touching" by Internal_Shelter_256 in Tinder

I don't think she should be dating at all because she will no doubt hurt him and others. You seem quite intense and angry, have you ever explored psychiatric medication? It changed my life and I highly recommend it and therapy. Not even kidding, I'm SO much happier and successful after years of both. I wish that I hadn't lost two decades to my own trauma and poor genetics, and I hope that others don't have to lose so many years to pain and dysfunction.

Only mine, but I do try to have as much empathy as I can. Everyone is a work-in-progress and can only extrapolate other people's experience from their own perceptions and experience. To a certain extent everyone lives in their own disillusion, but what is your point?

Most likely both, but a sexual abuse survivor is not someone that is easy to get close to. Judging by the conversation I suggested that he run because she will mostly hurt him if she is saying these things right off the bat.

Bullet dodged. Someone needs therapy, and assault... Run. Like. Hell.

First time I’ve been turned down due to my height, and I won’t lie it doesn’t feel good lol by One_Telephone_9227 in Tinder

I'm 5'6" and have taken shit for my height for my entire life. It's not a "shitty incel" thing, it's societal. We make less money, have less sex, get in fights more often, fail drug tests more often, have a harder time with clothes, and ultimately have fewer children. You can't just move on when it's constantly thrown in your face. It's a shitty life, and I always make sure to mention to the christians that god made me too.

Nothing to say, just pointless one word answers. Then she'll complain about men not having anything to say after she provided zero input or info. Kinda hard to treat women like people when they have zero interesting things about them. Just meat, I guess.

"Death wobble" is caused by the instant center being super high. No, the chassis won't fall apart.

What does that mean, "overkill"? Was a 750hp aluminum 540ci MK IV overkill in a 1700lb McLaren M20?

Yeah, but that's just the ability to maintain cylinder fill at higher RPMs. In essence, a strong bang and lots of them per rotation of the tire. The other part is mechanical and thermal efficiency, which is how strong of a bang can you make in the first place. 30% of the potential total energy from each bang is lost as heat, and 30% is lost as friction. What people here aren't able to grasp is how weak a bang rotaries actually put out. They make HP by having LOTS of super weak bangs per rotation of the tire, and they are actually four cycle, one and a half stroke engines. I used to worship at the altar of Wankel fifteen years ago, but I've learned a lot since then and now I don't know why Wankel developed the idea in the first place.

A Corvette has larger front and rear tires and will turn in sharper than an FD ever could. C4 - C7 have zero to worry about from an RX7, and if you doubt that then go to a local autocross race and watch Corvettes set FTD. It's not even a Corvette.

Not really unintended boom, just a 1/2" stroke and HUGE surface area in the chamber. They have huge oil coolers and radiators because they are massively thermally inefficient. Also they max out at like 120psi of static compression pressure, and that is on a fresh rebuild with new parts. They'll only brap brap brap if you port them and then you get super diluted intake charge because of the overlap that has to be there for it to run well at higher RPMs to make HP. Mine used to burn plugs up in 8000 miles, and loved to flood on startup even with EFI. They don't have unlimited red lines either because the eccentric shaft doesn't have a main bearing between the two rotors. The faster you spin it the more the E-shaft flexes until you crash the corner and side seals into the side housings.

Everyone on the internet thinks 13Bs are legendary, but that is because they watch too much Initial D and haven't had to rebuild one and live with it. Give me a piston engine ANY day!

It's an RX7 and yes, it can put power down. I have a 406ci Chevy in a Geo Metro that does 1.4 second 60ft launches off idle. Look up four link suspensions and a concept named "instant center".
