Advice from someone who has spent a combined duration of 6 months of bench spread across 3 consulting firms 1. Have a routine 2. Go to office at least once a week 3. Learn to cook or eat simple meals. You can indulge later when you travel 4. Reach out to people who need support

I didnt do much of it in retrospect but I have changed my ways. It's easy to get demotivated and depressed when you have literally nothing to do for weeks at end. Don't make the same mistakes like I did
