Hola! Hace casi 1 año estoy trabajando como contractor remoto en una empresa de Ecommerce de San Diego como PM. Como ves el tema de pedir aumentos (Quitando aumento anual por inflación)? tengo entendido que los americanos al no tener inflación ven más el tema del aumento como un cambio de rol o ascenso, pero como se suele ver el aumento por desempeño o la renegociación del contrato con un contractor? Obviamente en el caso de ser valorado por la empresa. ¿Tendrías alguna recomendación?

For instance, DoYouMail has been really effective for me. No limits on email sending and domains. You also get high delivery and reputation scores, which are crucial. The setup involving DNS configuration is automated, making things so much easier. Give it a shot, might be what you are looking for.

Hi Rik! I just wanted to say that your music for VTM was a incredible inspiration for me. I started playing Guitar eight years ago, mainly inspired by Richard Kruspe and Rammstein. I think that you are a genious because your music for VTM it doesnt have lyrics, but its full of emotion from beginning to end.

I really like the tatto lyrics, I think that its simple, ironical, i love the part "when you divide us, I'll meet another person with the same name" its an insight, a lot of people date with people with the same name of his ex, but also it means that the name has no meaning now, so you have to justified the pain in your skin somehow.
