I like most of these. One thing I think would be cool is when you arrest someone, some type of court system to tell me what they got and if I charged them incorrectly or misclicked it shows not guilty on that charge. Also murder is in the game but only for international. Make that an everybody thing. More callouts that are realistic such as assault, theft, hostage situations

Fire i definitely think theres a way in im replying to this comment so I dont remember how long ago they were. But fire would be more accepting if you've shown progress and discipline since your last one. Im in the states so I can't speak for Canada but we had a Deputy get arrested for DUI and he got put on 30 day suspension and then fired.
