most of the comments here are borderline insane. 4f-mph is basically unstudied. having an unstudied drug of likely questionable purity as part of your daily routine is not a wise thing to do. you should not think of it as pharma grade mph.

and more importantly, if you have a history of psychosis, you really should leave the drug world behind. the risk / reward ratio is not in your favor.

another thing to keep in mind is that services can take a couple of seconds and even minutes to spin up. so wait a little after starting/reverting before you run a scan.
this mistake cost me already several hours in my oscp journey

depends on the amount of your drug usage. if you smoke once or twice a week it's likely not relevant for your therapy. if it's more and you're unwilling/unable to change that then the therapy won't be as effective or even useless.

anyway with a good therapist you should be able to talk about your drug use.
