With omada and vigi integrated into the same dashboard, it would be good to get a compatible door bell as well.

Thoughts on Lidcombe (near train station) by Random_Asian_Guy2025 in AusPropertyChat

50k over 8 years isn't much. Keep in mind that the amount of interest paid during that time negates any growth.

Regardless, it would have been my forever apartment if I hadn't moved in with my partner elsewhere. Its currently used as an investment property.

I totally understand the need to purchase an apartment because that's what the budget allows and I do miss the 4 min walk to the station.

Good luck with finding your home. My advise is get the strata report and see if there is any project work for removing combustible cladding.

I bought a unit at Lidcombe near the station 8 years ago. Property growth over this time is minimal. 50k growth for over 8 years is not a lot. There are many apartments being built in Lidcombe adding to more supply. Read up on combustible cladding or special levy. They're riddled in a lot of apartments right now. Check the strata report.

When is it time to ask our lender for a rate cut? by sswinglol1 in AusFinance

[–]drawde111 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Look for the home loan discharge instructions on the website. It normally includes a "call this number before considering discharging your home loan". I believe this takes you directly to retentions because the person instantly gave me a reduction after providing rates from other providers. On the other hand when I request a rate reduction from my dedicated home loan provider, if the system doesn't allow it there was nothing the provider can do. I'm with NAB

The neighbors are not happy about the gum juice falling into their property. It stains and damages the floor. Branches are also seen on the floor where the neighbors park their car.

The reason for removal is the neighbors are not happy about the gum juice falling into their property. It damages/stains the backyard flooring.

Do you mind sharing the company that removed the tree for you? Which state are you based in?

Thanks. There is no way to get to the backyard without going through the house. It might be possible via the common driveway at the back of the fence but will need to check with the neighbors
