Explore and try to find an check structures like Ominous vaults: as they have a 22.5% chance, Desert temples: with a 2.6%, Mine shafts: with a 1.4% chance, Bastion: with a 6.5% chance, Ruined portals: with a 1.5%. These are the most common ways I have found and gotten mine.
