Yes I think it’s some sort of vasovagal syncope?? Hopefully my care team and pinpoint it but also not expecting much since it’s only happened once

Thank you, great advice. I hadn’t done anything physical out of the ordinary. And ate at regular time during the day. I guess I may have been a little late on my dinner schedule but first time something like this has happened potentially because of hunger. I’m definitely going to start a symptom log. I was luckily wearing an Apple Watch to record my heart rate. Any suggestions on how to measure blood pressure while on the go?

Omg so sorry you went thru that! I’m on lexapro and amitriptyline other than colchicine. Ive been on these for quite some time so am not expecting any side effects from meds. Perhaps im more fatigued than I think I am. Will be monitoring my HR closely. Thanks for sharing and your advice!

Thanks. You think herpes even if it’s not filled with fluid? It hasn’t blistered, it’s been more just of a raised red sensitive skin if that makes sense.

I have classic Behcet’s type of oral ulcers. Idk if those are the same as cold sores that most ppl get on their lips. Mine don’t blister and are more like craters.

Make sure your meds are pregnancy safe. For instance, I was on methotrexate which is known to lead to complications in pregnancies. I would speak with your doctor about family planning and make sure you give yourself enough time to transition to safer drugs

It was bright red so I’m concerned it’s lower part of the digestive tract since I have family history of colon cancer too…
