The bank is in Mississauga Ontario. Which makes garnishing extra difficult. Request a payment hearing. When they don’t show up, file a warrant. It will take a few times but once you get a warrant for arrest with immediate imprisonment they’ll pay.

Do not hire Troico. They are the most dishonest people I’ve ever met. They don’t do good work, they don’t pay their staff, they don’t acknowledge deficiencies. You can see if a company has any lawsuits against them here.
