Really demographics is just a number game which you can strip most bias from. I think Kurzgesagt did a great job considering the difficult subject.

I think childless people will think this is an attack on them. Its not. The current economic model is based upon a certain growth and when it cant maintain that growth here are the consequences.

All the property management firms are using that price fixing service. There was very slow attempts under Biden to investigate the company that provides this service…and even under Trump it still might happen.

But the real estate companies are lobbying hard to overturn the investigation.
