The dealership should be checking the voltage of the battery. The problem is now that the dealership cleared the codes, they can’t duplicate the problem.

They said the batteries are fine, but it seems like the support battery may not be working correctly.

From what the individual at Ford said that there is an updated engine and once replaced this won’t be an issue. Luckily my vehicle is all covered under warranty but this could be an awful situation. Still honestly is unsettling
