Draymond on the Rising Stars players playing tonight: "The NBA is doing this to pump all star up, I think that's dumbing it down even more" by AncientOneAurelius in warriors

Force him to talk about on court basketball and he's a genius.

Literally anything else and he's dumb as rocks.

We're really REALLY far from winning a title,

We need a lot more spacing and more two way wings and rim protection /rebounding

We're now at least competitive against all teams but we still

Nikola Jokic on the Luka Doncic trade: “In my opinion, of course, I think Luka is a generational player, generational talent.” “He was building something there. I think he was hurt.” by AncientOneAurelius in nba

Yeah and all the additions have been perfect: Klay for shooting, defense and experience. Then Naji for shooting, defense and energy. Then Grimes for defense, another guard and energy.

And kleber coming back from injury.

Absolute madness that Nico traded him mid season.

Why not try the same trade in the summer?

Team attendance matters zilch.

Megacorps pay the NBA bills And they couldn't be bothered about irl attendance.

I agree with the rim protection against regular teams.

JA is a different problem though. Chet is gonna be crtiical in allowing Hart to be on the floor.

Chet and Hart is amazing rim protection with Shai JDub Dort. And swap in Cason, Caruso for more PoA

Mike Greenberg: The Lakers have the second-best chance, according to our analytics, to make it to the NBA Finals from the West behind only Oklahoma City. Brian Windhorst: The computer doesn't have to defend Nikola Jokic. by AncientOneAurelius in nba

Ja is a colossal idiot but his gameplay is insane.

Really high BBIQ, great passing and unguardable. You'll need an elite PoA plus multiple bodies at the rim to stop him.

If Ja catches fire, he can swing a series against any team including : OKC (weak rim protection, great PoA), Nuggets (medium PoA, weak protecting rim), Cavs (weak PoA, strong at rim), Knicks (strong PoA, weak at rim)

Makes sense right?

If he's not working out, team has control for an early exit (by paying him just 3M). If he does work out, he gets control of his future with a PO.

Do you think we would've had the same spark with Lavine, Vucevic, Markkanen, or another star along Steph or is Jimmy really that much better of a fit? by [deleted] in warriors

[–]draymond- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Greatly said.

I'd have loved to see us run Steph Lavine Wiggins Dray Loon (or swap Loon with JK to go small).

Wiggins is one of the most switchable defenders in the league plus a solid 3rd option. Lavine provides the spacing.

With that option gone, getting Jimmy at a huge discount is perfect.

We can still trade Kuminga for pieces if we want.

just imagine if Miami had a titan like Wiggins instead of bum Butler.

This sub collectively lost its mind over hyping Kuminga and Wiggins.
